Emile Janique<\/b> was founded in 1893 by Messrs Toillon and Janique in Reyrieux, in the Ain.<\/b> Since that date, the manufacturing of leather seals and bellows<\/b> has never been interrupted. Single piece or series production, we have navigated more than a century of industrial evolution while preserving leather as our material of choice. In 1993, Yann F\u00e8vre<\/b> took over the company and gave it new momentum, building on this unique expertise to meet the ever-higher demands of modern industry.<\/p>

We are today the European leader in leather components for industry<\/b> and we produce more than 250,000 parts per year<\/b> for clients such as Renault, SNCF, Bombardier, Alstom, Michelin, EDF and Eurocopter.<\/p>

Leather is not a material of the past. It is a technical material that we have been working with for more than 130 years and which has characteristics that modern polymers do not always replicate. Where other materials require costly specific tooling, leather allows us to respond quickly without excessive investment for our clients.<\/p>
