Dynamic leather seals for cylinders, presses and pumps
Our dynamic leather seals ensure the sealing of your moving components. We manufacture them in leather or elastomer for your presses, cylinders and pumps, whatever the shape: cap, dome, U, V or lip rings. You send us your dimensions and your working environment — water, oil, air or hydrocarbon. We manufacture the appropriate seal.
Cut leather seals for valves, housings and flanges
Our cut seals ensure the static sealing of your valves, housings and flanges. We manufacture them in many asbestos-free materials: leather, cork, NBR, EPDM, FKM, PTFE, foam, copper or aluminium elastomers. All shapes are achievable. You send us your dimensions or your drawing, and we cut.
Leather seals for Muratori sprayers
We manufacture specific leather seals for Muratori sprayers. If you use this type of equipment and need replacement seals, we produce them custom-made to the original dimensions.
Dome leather seals for hand pumps or reciprocating pumps
Our dome leather seals are designed for hand pumps and reciprocating pumps. Leather is the historical material for this type of seal, appreciated for its flexibility, friction resistance and longevity on reciprocating motion applications.

Yes. Send us your worn part or a dimensioned sketch. We take the dimensions and manufacture the seal to exact measurements, even if the original model no longer exists anywhere.
What is the lead time for a custom leather seal?
It depends on the complexity of your part and the quantity. Send us your request and we will give you a precise lead time. We manufacture everything in our workshop in Reyrieux, which allows us to remain responsive.
